Calvin Ray wrote Fo’ Sistaz to give honor to his mother and his aunts. He has watched them survive some of life’s joys and displeasures, but at the end of the day, their sisterhood proved triumphant. After watching them grieve and love in the lobby of the hospital where there only living brother died, he was determined to show the world how real sisters love.
